P C Support FAQ:

How much do you charge / How long does a job take?
My most common request is to remove malware (viruses, spyware, adware etc), which typically costs $40-$50 if you drop it off and will usually be resolved within 24 hours. Each price is specific for the amount of work that needs to be done. If I can't fix it, there is no charge!

Why shouldn't I go to a store front tech guy?
Unlike my storefront competition I am effectively paid by commission, and survive on reputation; not by signs on Highway 67. I have yet to have a dissatisfied customer, and I treat everyone uniquely. As I am self-employed I have lower overheads, and I pass those savings on to you, the customer. As I for the most part don't sell products I won't push software/hardware on you that you do not need, so any recommendations I make are entirely genuine. If you do need parts or software, I can order it for you and will do so free of charge and you pay what I pay -- I do not mark up -- or make any profit off of purchases. Finally unlike anyone you'll speak to in the stores, if we do business, you'll have my home address.

Some guy on Craigslist will do it for less, why shouldn't I go to them?
We occasionally see competitors claiming to solve you problems for next to nothing, and others offering illegal services such as upgrading your version of Windows or installing pirated software. We have never sought their services and so cannot say that they do a bad job, but we recommend a lot of caution. If a tech is willing to break the law for a quick buck, do you really want to hand them your computer? I take a great deal of pride in my work. I do a good job all the time, every time, and go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied. I have plenty of references to back that assertion up. If you're still not sure, try out my FREE Email Tech Support or call for references.

Can I call you to ask a quick question?
Absolutely. I am only paid for the service work I do, but will happily answer any questions you might have to the best of my ability. Never feel afraid to call (254-898-8024)or email me if you think I can help.
